Jayaland is a road and drainage specialist. We started in 2017 building roads, added the drains that go with them, and do the earthworks underneath — so the levels, the road and the drainage all come from one team: one programme, one number to call.

Roads and drains are what Jayaland was built on — from formation level to the final premix, and the stormwater drainage beside it.

Registered to do the work

CIDB Grade G5 contractor (categories B, CE and ME), working as main contractor or as the works-package contractor for developers and main contractors.

Earthworks in-house

We do the cut & fill, compaction and formation ourselves, so levels for the roads and drains are right from the start.
